I have had enough of my G1 slowing down to a standstill. 21 Mb free memory and still a tortoise would run faster. Drastic action required.

Since I've been virtually teatotal all week, a few beers and a wee scotch won't go amiss and I'll catch up on some reading as well.

Setting up a new Palm Treo 680 Smartphone I've had for a while and not used. I've got better phones, but I do like the Palm O.S.

Well, I havn't touched a book in nearly 5 Days and I'm rectifying that right now. Oh and not forgetting a couple of jars of amber nectar.

Sitting in absaloute silence. No TV, no groaning offspring, Monty our Great Dane is not even snoring. Sheer unadulterated bliss !

About to have a beer,attempt to wade thru one of the two books on the go and at some point actualy go to sleep !

It's eBook and beer time. Still reading "Whitehall" but also started " The reign off Mary Tudor". Hmm This might require a Scotch as well.

Finaly got the TV to myself. Catching up on recorded documentaries, and some beers.

Just about to watch a bit of TV and then on to wade thru an ebook and a few beers while I'm at it. Such an exciting life I lead !
