Our local city council here in Plymouth UK appears to have banned the use of Twitter ! Reduce spending & hikes in Poll Tax would be better.

What to do ? Have a nice cool lager, or perhaps a refreshing Real Ale, or maybe even a malt whiskey. Nope ... maybe I'll have all three !
